Ritsumeikan University, Kyoto, Japan The "Society-with-Coronavirus" Program is a transversal research program at Ritsumeikan University, Kyoto, Japan. Within the framework of that program, Professors Tatsuya Mima and Yukiko Himeno, members of the project "Anthropology and Phenomenology of the Locked-in Syndrome," are developing a research line on "Sustainable Care in a Society with COVID-19". Part of the research carried out within that line is directly linked to our project. Its first results were presented in March 2021 at the conference "Locked-in State as Everyday Life: Interim Results of the Society-with-Coronavirus Program," in which Lina Masana and Fernando Vidal participated.
